The annual accounts were not accepted by Companies House in accordance with the letter dated 15 January 2024 – see the text below:
"The balance sheet and profit and loss account appear on the same page. These need to be on two separate pages."
The corrected version was prepared by the auditor and submitted to Companies House on 19 January 2024.
