The Strategy: The Technical Realizer

Today, apintra plc acts as the central technical realizer and R&D center (Research & Development). While our established product lines are being spun off into specialized entities (AGs/SEs), the plc remains the technological powerhouse behind the scenes.

Our Core Responsibilities:

• Central Research & Development (R&D): Development of core architectures and forward-looking frameworks.
• Infrastructure Operations: Operation of proprietary, sovereign data center solutions for maximum data security.
• Asset Management: Technical management and modernization of global technology assets provided by our principal shareholder, the BEAR Group.
• Strategic Consulting: Expert advisory services for organizations in implementing critical requirements (e.g. NIS2 consulting).

The apintra Timeline: Over 40 Years of Technological Evolution

1983 – The Foundation (HGS): Start of the technological journey under the name HGS. Early specialization in UNIX/Linux systems and relational data logic as the foundation for absolute system stability.

Late 1980s – Pioneering Achievement & Merger:

• Legally Compliant Digitalization: The merger with Neutra to form the former SyncLine GmbH led to the creation of the first state-approved digital deed register for notary offices during this era.
• CAD Integration: Development of solutions that, even back then, read part geometry data directly from designs and automated it for specific manufacturing centers.
• Global Medical Assets: Acquisition of the technological rights to a system control for over 75,000 dental practices in North America. This architecture still forms the foundation for our global Native Language Support today.

Early 1990s – Industrial Logic & MDE:

• Machine Data (MDE): Introduction of high-precision, real-time machine data acquisition directly from the hardware.
• Algorithmic Depth: Development of the unique Bill of Materials (BOM) processor with variant logic, as well as a likely unique standard discount matrix featuring over 70 different discount types – a level of complexity that remains unmatched in the market today.

2000s – eCommerce & Scaling: Realization of the first large-scale powerseller infrastructures with over 1,000 fully automated orders per day – the technological birth of today's SyncLine logic.

Today – Transformation & Regulatory OS: Realignment of the plc as a holding company. Development of the Regulatory Operating System for the planned SE with SyncLine product line. Here, we bundle the infrastructure for ViDA (VAT compliance) and digital health projects such as "The Diabetes Expert".

The Corporate Structure: Focus through Specialization

• apintra plc (Holding & R&D): Technology headquarters, IP management (BEAR Group Assets), data center, and NIS2 consulting.
• SE with SyncLine Product Line: Operating unit for the Regulatory Operating System in the fields of E-Commerce (ViDA) and Health (Diabetes Expert).
• apintra ERP: Independent company (in formation) for the comprehensive ERP system, including the unique discount, manufacturing, and network planning logic.
